Land Rover Repair & Service in Murfreesboro, TN
Air suspension faults, cooling system failures, and oil leaks without dealer pricing on L322, L405, L494, and Discovery platforms. Complex cars with well-known failure points — we work on them regularly.
What we do most on Land Rovers and Range Rovers
The jobs that come in consistently on these platforms.
- Air suspension — compressor, struts, and reservoir (L322 · L405 · L494 · Discovery) — Kneeling on startup, sagging corners, and compressors that run constantly until they burn out. We replace the failure points as a set and calibrate the system after.
- Cooling system overhaul (4.4 · 5.0 V8 — L322 · L405) — Coolant hoses, thermostat housing, water pump, and the reservoir that cracks quietly. These engines run hot when the system is marginal. Replace completely rather than chasing leaks one at a time.
- Oil leaks — rear main, cam covers, and transfer case (3.0 TDV6 · 4.4 SDV8 · 5.0 V8) — Multiple leak sources at once by high mileage. We scope the full underside and quote what makes sense to address together.
- Transfer case and differential service (Terrain Response · active systems) — Fluid service that gets skipped and then produces the transfer case faults that are expensive to ignore.
- Sunroof drains and water ingress (L322 · L494) — Blocked drains that take out the DSC module and TCM. Simple to clear, expensive to ignore. We check for existing moisture damage at the same time.
- Pre-purchase inspection — High-depreciation vehicles with complex systems. A thorough inspection before purchase is worth more on a Range Rover than almost any other platform we work on.

Questions we get on every car
The same answers whatever badge is on the hood.
European is our specialty and most of the daily work, but the bays stay open for anything we can do properly. If a job needs a tool or a platform we do not have, we will tell you rather than learn on your car.
Scheduled maintenance done by an independent shop with correct parts and documented intervals does not void a factory warranty. We keep records specifically so you have the paperwork if it is ever questioned.
Diagnostics are quoted up front, then the repair is quoted separately once we know the actual cause. Nothing extra happens without your approval — if a job turns up something unexpected we stop and call you.
OE or OE-equivalent for most jobs, with the reasoning explained. Where an aftermarket part is genuinely better — and on some of these platforms it is — we will say so and let you choose.
Most maintenance is same day or next day. Bigger jobs get a date when we quote them, and you get a call if anything changes rather than silence.
Absolutely, and plenty of people do. Bring us the other shop's quote and we will tell you honestly whether we would do the same work.
